Checkout was smooth and felt safe enough to me. I didn’t run into any weird payment issues or anything, so that was a relief... just nice when it all works without making you second-guess it.

My order showed up way later than it should’ve, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. It barely updated at all, which was super annoying. the whole shipping process felt like a mess, and I’m not in a hurry to order from them again.

The site was fine overall, but a little frustrating to use. I did eventually find the products I was looking for, but some pages were slow, and the filters didn’t always narrow things down the way I expected. I also couldn’t really tell who was actually responsible for what on the site, which made it feel a bit unclear if I had a question or issue.
Checkout was straightforward, so that part helped. I’d probably use it again if I needed to, but the site could definitely be cleaner, easier to browse, and more upfront about who actually owns or manages the buying process

The products look real to me. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, but everything seemed fine when it arrived. Solid overall, though I guess I’d still say I’m cautiously impressed.

I found a good range of beauty products here, and overall it feels like a solid place to shop. The only downside is that some brands don’t offer enough shade options, which is a bit disappointing if you’re looking for a perfect match.

"My order just never arrived"
I waited a few weeks thinking maybe it was just delayed, so I feel like I gave it a fair chance. But the package still never showed up, and at that point I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be frustrated. I won’t be ordering from here again.

My order from cbeautymall.com got here with the box crushed and half-open, which annoyed me right away. The stuff inside was just rattling around with barely any padding. I don’t have the patience for sloppy packaging like that, especially when I’m paying to have items shipped properly.

"Wish it hadn’t come to a return, but it was easy enough"
I was kind of bummed I had to return one of the items, but the process itself was mostly painless. Support got back to me in about a day, and the refund showed up a few days later. I wish it had worked out the first time, but overall it felt fair and not too much of a hassle.

"Arrived Broken, and Support Was a Joke"
The item showed up damaged, which was annoying enough, but then dealing with support made it even worse. Those guys took forever to get back to me, and the whole thing turned into a big hassle over something that should’ve been fixed quickly.

I ordered from Cbeautymall and ended up needing to ask for a refund. They told me it was being processed, but weeks went by and I still have not received anything. Their email replies were really slow too. It has been frustrating, and I will not be buying from them again.

"Delivery fee made me change my mind"
I was about to place an order, but the delivery cost was way higher than I expected. It kind of felt like they might be making up for the low prices with the shipping fee, though I obviously don’t know that for sure. Either way, it made the whole order not worth it for me, which was annoying

"Prices felt a little steep to me"
I ordered from cbeautymall once and the products were fine, nothing bad to say about the actual items. But the prices didn’t feel that fair for what I got. After I bought them, I noticed a couple of the same things cheaper on other sites, which was kind of frustrating. Shipping added to it too, so the total just didn’t feel super worth it. I did ask support about it, and they basically said something like prices can vary and shipping depends on the order, which I get, but it still left me feeling like I overpaid a bit. Not a terrible experience, just not one where I felt I got the best deal.

I ordered expecting one thing and ended up with two items in the wrong shade. What made it more annoying is that the terms seem to have changed since I placed the order, so getting it sorted out isn’t as straightforward as it should be. Frustrating experience overall.

I placed my order earlier in the week, and by the next day I was already getting tracking updates. I checked it a couple of times while it was on the way, and everything was clear enough to know where my package was and when to expect it.

To be fair, I wasn’t expecting something super high-end, but this still felt cheap once I had it in hand. The quality just didn’t really match what I was hoping for. It might work for someone who only needs it for light use, but for me it was disappointing

At first I thought the prices seemed reasonable, but once I got the order, the quality just didn’t match up. I mean, I felt like I paid way more than it was actually worth. I was going to give it another try, but no, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. Just didn’t feel like good value for the money.

"Good discounts, but I had to double-check everything"
I ordered from cbeautymall.com mostly because I saw a promo code and a few sale prices that looked like a good deal for the stuff I wanted. The code did work at checkout, so I was happy about that because I really didn’t want to pay full price.
The annoying part for me was that some of the offers weren’t super clear. A few items looked like they should’ve been included, but the promo code didn’t apply, so I had to mess around with my cart a couple times before I figured out what actually counted.
Overall, it was fine for me since I still saved some money, but I’d definitely say to check your final total before paying. If I order again, I’ll probably only do it when the deal is obvious and worth the extra checking.
